Administrator – Procurement & Buying
Location: Southampton

Working within company procurement processes
Gathering of quotes for site requests
Raise orders utilising company systems
Receive orders and distribute to the requestors
Record holdings on site
Administrate inventory of materials and equipment
Request repairs for equipment from approved vendors
Administrate Asset Register
Administrate hire log
Consolidate weekly Goods Receipting requirements
Continually searching for Improvement and saving on purchases and equipment on site
