The team is based within various locations across Angus.Working within a team you will provide care and support to patients and support to their carers within a clinic setting.Angus Health and Social Care Partnership is in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services and part of this new work is to develop and embed a new model to provide treatment room care for patients in Angus.Duties include management and triage of out-patient referrals to clinic appointments across CTAC sites in Angus, and supporting and facilitating administrative processes. It is essential you possess excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this position. Previous experience in an office environment is essential as is the ability to work within a team environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience of would be advantageous and additional knowledge of NHS appointment booking systems would be desirable.You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and referring appropriately to the registered professional. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post to provide patient care.The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
