Adoption Team Manager – Up to £45ph – HybridNonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the East of England who are looking for a Team Manager to join their Adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a team manager within children’s services and will be keen on the best possible impact on the lives of service workers.This position is offering flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own diary and maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you’ll create a fantastic work life balance.This position allows you to work within a local authority that has achieved a Good Ofsted rating, meaning you will be joining a service that works smoothly & efficiently, allowing you the satisfaction that you are helping to make a positive change in your community.Some benefits of this role include;

Some responsibilities of this role include;

• As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers.
• Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
• The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience holding
• Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
