Job DescriptionVox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.You will be:
Joining the Mental Health Team, your role will be to:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand service user’s mental health needs and diagnosing mental health conditions.
- Developing and implementing care plans.
- Responding to mental health crises and providing immediate support.
- Working with other professionals and agencies to coordinate a range of services, including healthcare, housing, and social support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
Essentials:
- Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Mental Health Social Work Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
