Assumes leadership role in interdisciplinary conference by initiating, facilitating and communication.

Coaches health care team member on how to determine if delegated task is appropriately assigned, how to accept a delegated task, and each individual’s accountability for performing and completing the task.

Assists staff in developing communication skills that result in customer satisfaction.

Uses alternative and complex strategies to interact with and create a therapeutic relationship with patients’ and families who are perceived as challenging by others.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
Relocation Bonus: $5000 (gross). Paid within 30 days from the hire date.This Relocation Bonus is for an agreed commitment of 12 months of full-time employment Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital Clinical RN Sharp Memorial Hospital 4North Acute Care Medical-Surgical unit.If you leave prior to the 12 months, you will agree to re-pay Sharp HealthCare 25%. This bonus is taxable subject to federal and state tax withholding as dictated by the IRS.Signing Bonus: You will be receiving a Signing bonus of $5000 (gross). You will receive the first installment of 25% ($1250) after your completion of 90 days employment in the Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4North Acute Care Medical-Surgical unit. The second installment of 25% ($1250) will be paid after 6 months of continued full-time employment in the Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4North Acute Care Medical-Surgical unit. The third installment of 50% ($2500) will be paid after 12 months of continued full-time employment in the Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4North Acute Care Medical-Surgical unit.This Signing Bonus is for an agreed commitment of 12 months of full-time employment Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial 4North Acute Care Medical-Surgical unit.
