Are you an aerospace Test Technician looking for a new opportunity and have certifications or experience with IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, and IPC-711/7721? 

There is an immediate need for an Aerospace Test Technician II! This company has been a leader in aerospace design, development, and manufacturing for over 40 years. Its products fly on 42 aircraft types across the air transport, business jet, helicopter, general aviation, and military sectors, serving 450 customers in 49 countries worldwide.

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for functionally testing, troubleshooting, repairing or reworking, calibrating, and certifying various electronic subassemblies, assemblies, and completed units of the highest complexity that have failed in previous testing or operational use.

Aerospace Test Technician 2 Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair high/advanced complexity items, including electronic components, subassemblies, assemblies, and instruments
• Train level 1 Test Technicians
• Identify failure trends, collect data, and present findings to supervisors and engineering
• Review and redline documentation errors for timely modifications and corrections

You will succeed in this position if you can work independently and enjoy problem-solving.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 6 am-3:30 pm &
• Every other Friday: 6 am -2:30 pm

Aerospace Test Technician 2 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of practical experience with complex electronic test equipment in a troubleshooting and repair environment
• PCBA troubleshooting experience down to the component level
• Experience with installing components, wiring, and building electromechanical assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Proficiency with all types of electronic test equipment
• Military or trade school training in electronics, including digital and analog theory and solid-state circuitry?

Pay: $70,000 – $81,120 per year
