  • Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across affiliate and partnership channels to drive strong return on investment
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on affiliate program performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliate partners and partnerships that align with the company’s target audience and brand values.
  • Negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms and incentives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimisation for key traffic KPIs via affiliate and influencer marketing channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels and/or platforms to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure paid channels are driving key business KPIs.
  • Implementing and growing the influencer marketing channel across different fascias of the business ensuring we are align to brand image.
  • Working across fascia forecasts to ensure we meet monthly targets but also spend budget strategically.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and other digital channels
  • Experience on an affiliate platform
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience and PowerBI.
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
  • Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
