We steer The Beauty Tech Data Platform, L’Oréal’s premier Data&AI asset, alongside a suite of powerful services:

• Platform as a Service: Our cloud APIs and services offer the technical prowess needed for seamless data processing.

• Data as a Service: Cleaned, harmonized, and ready-to-use data and KPIs, available via standardized datasets and APIs, designed to serve use cases and open data exploration.

• Analytics as a Service: Advanced analytics products that extract valuable insights from our data assets, utilizing cutting-edge data visualization tools, Webapp, and AI/ML technologies.

Our delivery centers span across all geographical regions, ensuring close collaboration with various IT Business Platforms, Data Governance, and Business Teams to drive holistic and innovative analytics & AI/ML solutions.What a day in the life of the Beauty Tech Data Team looks like:As an Agile Delivery Manager, you play a key role in the success of analytics projects by adopting an Agile approach, facilitating collaboration between teams, and ensuring effective delivery aligned with strategic objectives. You key missions are:

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take corrective action as needed to minimize potential impacts.

• Remove obstacles that can slow down or block the team’s work.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Create a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages self-organization and ownership.

• Promote a culture of quality and ensuring deliverables meet defined standards.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keep them informed of progress and manage expectations.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

• Bac +5 engineering or business school.

• Previous Experience in Project Management in a data and analytics environment.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Adaptability & Flexibility.

• Problem-Solving.

• Basic Data Analytics knowledge (Data Modeling, SQL…).

• Good understanding of business processes.

• Agile certification (PSM…) is a plus.
