Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift Lay Up Operator – AIKI for our Ridgeway, SC facility.Assigned Schedule: 1p-9:30p Monday-Friday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)Skill Level: CCompensation: $19.50 *includes $1.25 shift differentialThe Role: This role is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level “A-C” positions, primarily within the Press area. This includes, but is not limited to, the Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator roles.Top ResponsibilitiesPerforming Skill Level A and C positions, primarily within the Press area.Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience- required
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems-preferred
• Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment- required
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
