In this role, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and execute our strategies effectively. Your primary focus will be on maximizing seasonal service levels, reducing seasonal overstock, ensuring table delivery accuracy, minimizing shortages, and reducing store returns.Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and successfully execute our strategies (maximize seasonal service levels, reduction of seasonal overstock, table deliveries accuracy, minimize shortages as well as store returns).
• Manage the end-to-end allocation tables process.
• Create allocation tables and reply by tables to manage new item distributions, manual forecasts, cycle bookings and seasonal bookings.
• Provide reporting on allocation table response rate and booked quantities to the Merchandising, Operations & Replenishment teams.
• Manage allocation tables updates and rekey short shipments.
• Coordinate the seasonal booking process (ensure timelines are met by Category, Replenishment and suppliers).
• Collaborate with replenishment to track inbound inventory related to allocation tables.
• Work with Distribution to provide them with accurate information on upcoming table releases and expected shipments associated with allocation tables.
• Track overstock inventory related to allocation tables and collaborate with Store Operations, Replenishment and Category Management to deplete inventory.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities for the allocation table management process and create ad hoc reports as necessary.

What you have to offer:

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in the grocery or retail industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all allocation processes.
• Strong communication skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
