BIC team members are empowered to take ownership of their careers and bring their unique perspectives to the table to make a meaningful impact on our mission.It’s a colorful world – make your mark by joining the BIC team today.What you’ll do:Communications:Develop content for internal and external communications channels: social network, corporate website, videos, printed assets, etc.Exchange with partner NGOs to identify communications opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to gain internal visibilityHelp organize and facilitate internal NGO partner eventsCoordinate content publication with internal and external communications teamsTeam member volunteering:Organize and coordinate volunteering activities between NGOs and BIC team members.Develop and manage communications for the Call for Volunteers initiative.Financial administration:Coordinate donation payments to NGOs in collaboration with BIC’s accounting team.Monitor and track expenses and donations.Manage the Foundation’s contact email:Keep track of NGOs that contact the FoundationEnsure efficient processing and response times of emailsIdentify and present NGOs with proposals aligned to our strategyQualificationsProficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint).Basic knowledge of CMS and design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) is preferred.Excellent writing and communication skills.Passion for education, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).Key traits: creative, socially driven, detail-oriented, team player, problem solver, and self-starter.Fluent in English (oral and written).Fluency in French is preferred; additional languages are a plus, with Portuguese being a strong advantage.BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
