In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this roleWe are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Manager to drive the execution of finance-related components of the roadmap, focused on digitally enabling lululemon’s Alternate Channels business. This role will closely align with Alternate Channel Product Managers, ensuring seamless execution of Finance operations, including system integrations.As a key liaison between strategic sales, finance, and cross-functional teams, the Solutions Manager will bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and operational execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that finance initiatives are appropriately scoped, prioritized, sequenced and executed.Key Responsibilities:· Roadmap Execution: Partner with Finance and Alternate Channel Product Managers to intake and execute the financial components of the fulfillment roadmap.· Project Management: Lead finance-related initiatives within Alternate Channel projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, strategic sales and product teams to align on requirements and drive implementation.· Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all finance components comply with global tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.· Technology Integration: Support the implementation of finance tools and systems the processes within B2B sales.Qualifications:· Experience: 5+ years in a Product Management, Solutions Management, or Finance Operations role, preferably within Retail, specifically B2B sales.· Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of finance operations and inventory within a retail environment.· Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.· Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with finance, business, and product teams.· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.· Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP, financial systems is a plus, in particular Oracle RMS and/or EBS.must haves

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
