Are you ready to join us?Meet the team Our Equitable Transition team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop reports and other materials, analyze market trends, and research policy positions related to the economic impacts of the energy transition and energy policy.The opportunity We’re looking for an Analyst based out of one of our five regional offices (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa) to join our Equitable Transition team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What we’re looking for
You are self-motivated and results-oriented, having the ability to take initiative and demonstrate your commitment to sustainability and social change. You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills along with high attention to detail. You have a strong ability to research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, organizing your work and projects using software tools for data management and communications. You have a keen ability to understand economic processes and climate-related economic impacts, especially the role of labour.You also have:
Compensation and benefits The hiring range for the position is $61,800 to $68,495 annually based on a 37.5-hour work week, with a range maximum of $75,190. Within this range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, related experience, education and/or training, and internal equity.We know that in order to meet these ambitious goals, our people are the core. We also know that one size does not fit all, therefore we offer employees a flexible office and home schedule that allows individuals to find an optimal balance. Our employees receive a generous paid time-off package starting with four weeks of vacation, time to cover health and wellness, professional development and offices closed annually from December 25 to January 1.
