We bring together exceptional talent and harness diverse backgrounds and perspectives to make life more vibrant for everyone, every day.Position Summary:The Senior eCommerce Analyst will own tracking and analysis of brand/category performance and key product trends as it adheres to sales performance metrics. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand and implement key inputs to drive solutions that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. You will extract data from internal and external data platforms to create and build reports to inform the team on sales performance, pipeline fill and trends. You will work closely with our eCommerce team to identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize our Amazon operations as well as drive business goals, and grow sales and market shares. Responsibilities:Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:

• Build and track reports, as well as analyze the performance of the brand/category brand and key products through internal data and external data platforms.
• Actively provide insight and analysis of sales performance & pipeline and trends to reveal marketplace strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Create, analyze, and recommend actions based on trends within key sales performance metrics.
• Continuously improve the management of our Trade Management System. With upkeep to forecasting, deductions, and data architecture.
• Utilize effective written and oral communication skills to convey recommended actions to Leadership.
• Continually improve and standardize analyses and processes: make more efficient, automated, self-service, reliable and valuable reporting to stakeholders throughout the business.
• Work cross functionally: Partner with content/digital, marketing, and other business leads to identify opportunities for site optimization, including merchandising, promotional, and content performance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:You’ll need the following (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3-4 years of CPG experience, sales operation and planning, and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. Bonus: trade management tools.
• Strong understanding of website metrics, customer behavior, marketing, and ecommerce metrics
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Self-starter and quick learner, ability to quickly establish expertise within a complex portfolio of products across various retail categories.
• Some travel required.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
