• Accueil des clients et leurs familles : en contact direct et constant avec les clients, nécessite une certaine polyvalence dans les domaines de l’animation et l’accueil.
• Appliquer les standards de qualité (Marriott et MVCI) et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur.
• S’assurer que le Kids Club est propre et bien rangé.
• Veiller à protéger le matériel et les biens de la société contre le vol, les dégradations, etc.…
• Penser à la sécurité des personnes, ne jamais mettre en jeu la responsabilité légale de la compagnie ; en cas de doute, en référer au supérieur hiérarchique.
• Offrir une qualité de service irréprochable.

II-FONCTIONS :

• Participer à l’organisation d’événements innovants et diversifiés afin de satisfaire les enfants, les adolescents et les adultes.
• Animer des cours de fitness, de danse, de musique ou de théâtre.
• Animer des soirées de bienvenue, dégustation et karaoké ou autres événements.
• Animer des ateliers de loisirs créatifs pour des enfants, des adolescents et des adultes.
• Encadrer les enfants et les adolescents dans des activités sportives (Ping Pong, volleyball, basketball, football, …) et dans des jeux électroniques.
• Mettre en place la logistique de chaque activité et établir les besoins en termes de temps et matériel nécessaire.
• Approvisionner et gérer le matériel du Kids Club, procéder à l’inventaire des stocks de fourniture.
• Suivre l’Administration des activités (ex. Inscription et réservation des clients dans les systèmes de gestion « Fidelio » et « Concierge Assistant ».

III-QUALIFICATIONS :

• BAFA et Brevet de secourisme.
• Brevet de moniteur d’éducation physique ou expérience spécifique à l’animation sportive souhaitée.
• Expérience significative dans l’animation ou l’événementiel appréciée.
• Anglais exigé et autre langue étrangère appréciée.
• Connaissance des logiciels informatiques usuels.
• Personne sportive, flexible, dynamique, souriante, patiente, prête à s’investir.
• Bonne présentation, bonne élocution
• Sens des responsabilités
