DescriptionMonarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Brooklyn Park/Brooklyn Center Area at West Broadway Apartments. • 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
• 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• CPO certification preferred but not required
• Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred but not required
• A valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED
