Application Engineer | Manufacturing

A leading manufacturer’s
representative specializing in serving the chemical and mineral industries in
Everett is in need of an experienced Application Engineer to add to their
team.

Application Engineer Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and
  assistance to clients, including troubleshooting and addressing any post-sales
  inquiries or issues.
• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling the
  company’s extensive portfolio of products to clients within the chemical and
  mineral sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong
  relationships with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal
  teams to understand product capabilities, features, and applications to
  effectively position them to clients.
• Manage and coordinate all issues including specification
  review, issuing quotations, addressing technical queries, and processing large
  project orders.

You will be successful in this role if
you have a strong technical support background within an industrial manufacturing
environment

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 am to 4 pm with some
flexibility.

Application Engineer Requirements:

• Over 2 years of relevant technical support experience as an Application Engineer, Automation Engineer, Field Service Mechanic, etc.
• Experience with pumps, instrumentation, valves and
  flow control products is highly desired.
• Strong
  technical aptitude with the ability to understand and convey technical
  information to non-technical customers effectively.
• Experience
  with quoting and working with sales and purchasing orders.
• Customer
  service and sales support experience.
• Experience
  with MRP/ERP system.
• Bachelor’s
  degree in related field is highly desired.

Compensation:

• $90,000 – 110,000 annually.
• With quarterly bonus potential.
