We are seeking for a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the ‘9940471375 – Sales Srvc Commerce RTB Bac’ project. The project is for Lucid Group Inc, a leading company in their industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

  • You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

  • You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

  • Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Master proficiency in Application Remediation is required.

  • Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting and Engineering Support is recommended.

  • Develop innovative strategies to improve application remediation processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.

  • Implement proactive measures to prevent future software problems.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application support.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team member.

Basic Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of Apex Programming Language

Preferred Qualification:

  • Apex Triggers

  • Application Remediation

  • Engineering Support

  • IT Troubleshooting

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
