Applications Engineer III

A well established medical device manufacturer in Snoqualmie is looking to add an experienced Applications Engineer III to their growing team!  

This global company is one of the leading designers and manufacturers of high performance wire, cable, and medical devices for industries like aerospace, military & defense, space, medical and industrial. This Applications Engineer role will provide technical expertise in customer facing activities such as assessing their needs and reviewing customer supplied design data while acting as the liaison to other engineers and the sales team to provide updates on the progress of the orders.

Applications Engineer III Responsibilities:  

• Act as a technical point of contact for initial and follow up discussions with customers  

• Review custoer requirements and provide guidence on companies capabilities  

• Collaborate with sales team in communication with customer on the progress of a work order  

• Partner with process engineers to ensure process capabilities align with customer design requirements  

• Assist in post shipment support, such as customer issues or questions 

Applications Engineer III Qualifitications  

• 5+ years of experience working in a technical engineering role (medical, aerospace or defense industries preferred) 

• 2+ years experience in PCB and/or semiconductor manufacturing  

• Ability to interface with customers and internal teams across all levels  

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) 

• Bachelors degree in engineering/sciences  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm  

Compensation: $100k – $130k/yr (+ annual bonus)
