Make a difference.Our teamThe Internal Communication team at Amadeus plays a crucial role in fostering employee engagement, promoting company culture, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. We create and manage communication initiatives, digital content, and corporate events to enhance the internal experience for all employees.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our Internal Communication team. As part of this role, you will contribute to various communication and event initiatives to engage employees and strengthen internal corporate messaging.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and design communication materials such as videos, TV screen displays, infographics, animated banners, and communication headers for various internal channels.Manage and update different intranet communities, digital signage, and internal social network platforms.Organize virtual and physical internal events (e.g., onboarding celebrations, loyalty events, summer parties), including content creation, event logistics, execution, and post-event activities (e.g., capturing event photos, analyzing survey results).Collect and share relevant information for internal communication initiatives, including the content calendar, weekly local newsletter, KPIs, planning, and video studio management.Your ProfileCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business (with a specialization in Communications and/or Marketing preferred) or in Communication/Media.Knowledge of web and/or multimedia is a plus.Fluent in English.Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.Proficiency in Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.), with strong photo and video editing skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Stream, Forms, Lists, Booking, etc.).Familiarity with SharePoint and other web-based tools is an advantage.Experience in live and virtual event organization is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to be both proactive and reactive, adapting to changing priorities and needs.What we can offer you🎯 A critical mission and purpose – At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.🌎 A truly global DNA – Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.🎓 Great opportunities to learn – Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.🤗 A caring environment – Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
