Make a difference.Our teamThe Learning & Career France team (LCF) consists of four members who manage programs and associated tools/processes to:Support the company in anticipating, planning, and ensuring the right skills are available at the right time and place.Empower people managers to act as coaches and nurture talents.Help employees in their development, enabling them to reach their full potential and take charge of their careers.Ensure compliance with training standards in France for all learning activities.Effective Talent & Career Development is enabled through the articulation of various activities and processes within the HR cycle:Skills development – training, on-the-job training, short-term assignments, coaching, mentoring.Performance monitoring.Job architecture & career evolution paths.Talent identification and succession planning.Role OverviewIn the Learning & Career France team, you will contribute to improving the visibility of our department’s services to enhance employees’ learning & development experience, and support the specialists in their daily activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDuring this experience, you will:1/ Contribute to updating and developing our communication materials:Ensure our learning materials are up to date.Analyze & revamp existing communication materials (email, SharePoint pages, course outlines, training curricula, training catalogues, mentoring/coaching offers, etc.), evaluate employees’ expectations/needs, and make recommendations to improve their learning experience (communication channels, messaging, branding).Create end-user guides, online help, and other supporting documentation if needed.2/ Support the talent specialists in coordinating logistics for nominations and talent management processes.3/ Assist the team in monitoring key performance indicators to ensure learning effectiveness from needs analysis to learning evaluation.4/ Benchmark other companies’ practices/learning offers and make recommendations.5/ Contribute to process mapping and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.6/ Support the team in developing and managing our internal trainers’ community.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate:Is currently pursuing a Master’s degree or MBA in business school or university.Has excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and is comfortable working with SharePoint.Has an interest in process documentation & process improvement.Has a good level of oral and written English and French.Has prior experience working in a team (project/internship/job), ideally in a similar organization.Is trustworthy and reliable.Pays strong attention to detail.Acts in a confidential manner when necessary.Has strong interpersonal abilities.Is organized and methodical.What we can offer you A critical mission and purpose – At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.
