As an Engineering Apprentice, you will start your apprenticeship working with Focus Factory Production Teams, learning about our products and processes. You will then move around different technical areas across the Manufacturing Department before specialising in your fourth and final year.The purpose of our Manufacturing Team is to produce high quality products, while continually improving efficiency and flexibility. Our engineering teams work to keep our production equipment operating as well as implementing improvements to increase our productivity.Working in our Engineering Teams in Manufacturing, you will develop the following skills:
