As an Engineering Apprentice, you will start your apprenticeship working with Focus Factory Production Teams, learning about our products and processes. You will then move around different technical areas across the Manufacturing Department before specialising in your fourth and final year.The purpose of our Manufacturing Team is to produce high quality products, while continually improving efficiency and flexibility. Our engineering teams work to keep our production equipment operating as well as implementing improvements to increase our productivity.Working in our Engineering Teams in Manufacturing, you will develop the following skills:

• Dive into electrical and electronic work and tackle mechanical tasks with confidence and precision.
• Join forces with your team to uncover and repair root cause faults in our equipment.
• Develop cutting-edge methods to ensure faults are a thing of the past.
• Be at the forefront of new and existing automation and digital projects in the factory.
• Keep everyone in the loop with progress updates on maintenance activities across the factory.
• Adapt and thrive in different areas of the factory.
• Empower operations colleagues with essential machine Preventative Maintenance skills.
