(please note that predicted grades will be accepted if you have not yet completed your exams)A willingness to work outdoors and take on challengesA growth mindset and a drive to explore, learn, and contribute to a greater purpose.Whether you are new to the industry or considering a career change—our programs are designed to support and develop all.Your learning JourneyYour time will be split between classroom and on-the-job learning. You’ll attend college in Peterborough one week each month, and the remaining time will be spent on the job learning, applying your learning and gaining hands-on experience. Your learning journey will also be supported with a minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training. This course usually takes 24 months to complete.
