Our team

The Application Security Office is responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of all software developed at Amadeus, including applications, platforms, and internal tools. Working alongside the Platform & Infrastructure Security Office, we cover the entire technical stack, ensuring resilience against cyber threats and compliance with regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC1/SOC2, ISO 27K, and NIS2.

To enhance secure software development, Amadeus established the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL), providing engineering teams with methodologies, tools, and processes to identify and manage security risks effectively.

Role Overview

This apprenticeship opportunity focuses on developing a tool for generating secure and standardized security tickets in Win@proach and Jira. These tickets help development teams organize and resolve security findings efficiently.

As an apprentice, you will:

• Develop a tool to automate the creation of security tickets with structured metadata.

• Implement encryption mechanisms using a public/private key system and password protection.

• Ensure that the tool follows predefined templates to maintain consistency and traceability.

This role offers hands-on experience in software security, development, and project management within a dynamic environment.
 

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and are proficient in English.

Required skills:

• Python programming and REST/JSON API integration

• Application deployment in Kubernetes

• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Soft skills:

• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively

• Understanding of DevSecOps and agile methodologies

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
