You must have experience in the commercial sector and have Revit knowledge.Job #1574Architect for Commercial schemeA Quick SummaryTop AJ studio based in buzzing Soho is looking to hire a permanent or contractual addition to their studio. You must have experience working in the commercial sector and have knowledge of Revit. Ideally, you will be ARB registered but this is not a prerequisite. The studio is 100 strong and has a diverse portfolio of London-based schemes across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.The RoleYou will be working on façade demolition drawings, envelope design and development and working from stages 3-5 on a commercial project here in London. You will ideally have experience working on similar project elements and be a great on site problem solver. The studio develops their projects in AutoCAD and Revit, however, they are pushing Revit more heavily thus it is highly advantageous if you are an experienced user.What sectors do they work in?The studio portfolio ranges from commercial, hospitality and residential projects. They are predominantly London-based and you will therefore have the opportunity to get on site when the project requires.Software and KnowledgeA background working on similar projects in a high-end design environment is essential.
