Architectural Project Manager – Direct HireA building and construction company located in Suwanee, GA is looking for an Architectural Project Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity!Salary of the Architectural Project Manager:
$100k/yrResponsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager:

• Coordinate Revit modeling based on provided hand sketches of plans and elevations.
• Assist in creating proposal packages and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate contracts, schedules, and design scope with external consultants such as Civil, MEP, and Structural Engineers, as well as architects, drafters, and interior designers.
• Manage outsourced drafting subcontractors or in-house drafting staff, including temporary Revit labor.
• Manage relationships with property managers, city, county, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in creating lists for special-order or alternate pricing items for the estimation team.
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements of the Architectural Project Manager:

• 10 years of architectural drafting and design experience.
• 5 years of Revit experience in architecture.
