A Southampton based Architectural practice, are now hiring for both Architectural Technicians and a Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team.Due to an increase in a volume of new work, this is a great time to join this friendly team. Working on mainly large scale residential developments this role will also see you working on mixed use new builds and refurbs from smaller schemes also to considerably larger developments. You will be working with both regional and national house builders and will play an important role in the team and projects alike.The role will see you producing technical working drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, it is highly desirable you are experienced in Revit and AutoCAD. However training and support will be provided if not. You will be interpreting the client briefs and producing technical documentation in line with the latest UK building regulations. Other responsibilities include checking and coordinating third party design drawings for technical issues, liaising with building control and attending site visits and client meetings.On offer with this position is a salary up to £48,000 (DOE) and wider package/benefits on offer: including flexi hours and a hybrid working scheme.Please note my client are hiring on a permanent basis and you must live within a commutable location of Southampton.Designed Search is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
