DESCRIPTIONArea Maintenance ManagerReliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring for Area Maintenance Managers!

· Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to accomplish site goals
· Ensure that safety is always the #1 priority
· Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and positive working relationships with operations
· Suitable candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance personal performance, provide associates with written performance appraisals including achievements and opportunities for improvementBASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and OfficePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
