You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Your main focus will be to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates who possess the skills and experience necessary to succeed in their roles.Responsibilities:Develop and implement area-specific recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment techniques.Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry partnerships.Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:+20 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.If you are confident about this role:APPLY NOW!
