As an Artist Care Representative, you will be working in the SaaS Department of SINGULART that is specialised on giving artists the competitve advantages they need to succeed in the art market. We are offering a 6 months internship that can be converted into CDD/CDI.Your Main ResponsabilitiesManaging Artist Inquiries: You will manage a pipeline of support tickets (mail & calls) with a very diverse range of questions and concerns.Participating in Artist Success Projects: You will contribute to scalable actions to make artists happier and increase NPS.Providing Feedback to Other Departments: You will pass on feedback to our product team and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.Preferred experienceYour SkillsPassionate about customer relations: You are known for your human qualities and your excellent written and oral communication skills.Precise and organized: You are a structured thinker. You are able to prioritize your tasks but you can also jump from one task to another.Problem solver: You find a solution no matter the problem thanks to your creativity.Proactive and autonomous: You understand that small actions can have a big impact.
