In this role, you’ll manage production, keep things running smoothly, and ensure high-quality results.

Assembly Production Lead Job
Responsibilities:

• Lead,
  coordinate, and monitor the activities of employees in the production department,
  ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee
  materials, products, and equipment, providing reports to the management
  team.
• Work
  closely with other supervisors to coordinate inter-departmental
  operations.
• Implement
  processes to motivate employees and enhance performance.
• Manage
  a team of 10-15 people on a manual assembly line

Assembly Production Lead Job Requirements:

• Minimum
  of 3 years in a high-volume production environment with at least 1 year of
  supervisory experience, specifically in manual assembly.
• Proven
  ability to direct, course correct, and train team members.
• Strong
  organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent
  communication abilities.
• Proficiency
  in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00
AM – 4:30 PM

• Extended hours during peak season; occasional
  8-hour Fridays

Pay: $45,000 – $53,000 per
year
