Just let us know your preferred working pattern on your application.Let us introduce the roleAWE is currently recruiting for an Asset & Estate Optimisation ManagerYou will lead the production, management oversight and delivery of the Estate Optimisation and Asset Management improvement programme to deliver improved utilisation of the estate, whilst ensuring sustained capability to meet programme needs.You will play a vital role, over-seeing accommodation improvements and building refurbishments, implementing asset management strategy for both estate and asset level.Who are we looking for?We do need you to have the following:ONC/C&G level 3 in a relevant discipline and membership of a professional body, e.g. IMechE, IET, IAMProven track record in leading and managing operations, projects or facilities.Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we’d like you to have experience in some of the following:Strategic thinking, and ability to translate strategy into plans.Excellent communication skills.Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.Finance, business and risk management.Knowledge of standards for Asset Management.Experience of leading change activitiesYou’ll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload.
