You’ll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.*Must have a valid Ontario Security License to applyWhat You’ll DoResponsible for protecting the assets of the company and ensuring a safe environment for our DC employees and visitors. The AP Lead assists with the recruiting, training, development and supervision of AP Specialists. The AP Lead coordinates the activities of 2-8 AP Specialists to perform duties that directly support the core supply chain LP responsibilities of physical security, safety, inventory management, auditing, and investigations. The AP Lead utilizes the tools and resources available to initiate, coordinate and manage internal investigations. The AP Lead, works closely with DC Operations to increase AP awareness, maintain operational excellence and minimize shortage within their area of responsibility. The AP Lead assists the local AP Management Team with the daily operations of the department and facility and serves as the primary point of contact for DC Operations in the absence of AP Management.Who You Are
