Overview:Accounts Assistant – Bracknell, UKNV5 Geospatial Solutions UK is seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join the UK finance team. The successful candidate will report to the European controller and will also work closely with the European finance team.NV5 is a provider of engineering and consulting services to public and private sector clients, delivering solutions through six business verticals: Testing, Inspection & Consulting; Infrastructure; Utility Services; Environmental Health Sciences; Buildings & Program Management; and Geospatial Technology. With offices nationwide and abroad, NV5 helps clients plan, design, build, test, certify, and operate projects that improve the communities where we live and work.As engineers, architects, construction/program managers, environmental professionals and beyond, we play a significant role in shaping our communities through the services we provide. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives. Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities include:

• Sales order processing
• Sales Invoicing
• Credit control
• Managing Purchase ledger and supplier payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
• Balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• VAT Returns
• Monthly payroll submissions
• Assisting with internal and external audits

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications.
