The Opportunity:Assiste le Manager Achats & Services Généraux sur les appels d’offres dans divers domaines de la Prestation de services et des Achats directs (Propreté, Matériels d’impression, Agence de voyages,…)Nous vous proposons de rejoindre le siège social de notre Groupe, et jouer un rôle primordial dans la bonne coordination et organisation de celui-ci, au quotidien, pour nos collaborateurs.Vous reportez directement au Responsable Services Généraux France.Ce que nous recherchons :Formation et expérience : Formation bac + 2 minimum accompagnée d’une expérience en gestionConnaissances nécessaires : Des connaissances de base en comptabilité et dans le domaine juridique, en plus d’une appétence pour le domaine automobile sont vivement souhaitéesInformatique : Compétences avérées en informatique (Excel, SAP, logiciel de suivi de parc)Qualités : Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : autonomie, rigueur, organisation, proactivité et diplomatie.Langues : La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est impérative pour ce poste.Comment vous allez faire la différence :Gestion du parc automobile : gestion courante relations quotidiennes avec collaborateurs, loueurs, concessionnaires, organismes financiers etc. sur ces questions, optimisation des coûts de la flotte en collaboration avec le Manager.Gestion de la téléphonie : mobile + fixe sur les questions d’abonnements, contrôle des factures, statistiques, tableaux de bord, appels d’offres…Tâches comptables : saisie des commandes, factures, suivi et contrôle de la facturation, relances, litiges, créations fournisseurs…Services généraux : gestion des prestataires et fournisseurs, gestion du contrôle des accès, suivi des baux commerciaux, suivi du courrier, on/offboarding.#LI-EURDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
