Join a community that cares about you!More about your roleYou are responsible for supporting the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within the CAFM system (MRI) and assist the Asset Manager with annual budgets and documentation. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the property liabilities register, ensuring alignment with the budget, and flagging any concerns, including approving rent and service charges payments, contributing to monthly billing. You will also assist with business rates queries, utilities reviews, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you communicate with stakeholders on asset management activities, conduct site visits, and assist with landlord and tenant matters, including lease interpretation and assist the Asset Manager with options appraisals for disposing of and acquiring new sites.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou bring at least three years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field, with proven expertise in using a CAFM systems, and producing data reports using MS Office. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities, enable you to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
