• Oversee all accounting functions, including billing and payroll.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and asset planning.
• Review year-end documentation for financial audits and tax returns.
• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with financial procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Assistant Controller:

• Proficient with Excel spreadsheets

• Over 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax.
• CPA certification.
• Experience in preparing financial statements for various entities.
• Knowledge of general ledger functions and closing processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tax filings.
