To support the management of the development programme across the portfolio, including a range of different projects including large scale complex multi-tenure and mixed-use developments, affordable development programme, Joint Venture schemes, projects for specialist subsidiaries and commercial development opportunities.For more information please download the attached Job ProfileMore About youTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Have relevant industry experience in delivering mixed-use or mixed tenure residential led development schemes.
  • Have good IT skills, written / verbal communication skills and numerical skills and financial understanding.
  • Be Self-motivated, able to problem solve and work without close supervision.
  • Be a team player able to work in a challenging fast paced environment with multiple workstreams, adopting a collaborative approach to their work. Able to work under pressure to deliver against tight deadlines.
