This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading BTR operators and take the next step in your career!Job Title: Assistant General ManagerLocation: North West LondonSalary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + BonusRole OverviewThe Assistant General Manager will be responsible for daily management of staff, building relationships within the community, and with residents, fire safety, health and safety and overall administration.

• Operational Mobilisation – Supporting in the hiring, onboarding and ongoing management of staff members to create the onsite team
• Customer Services – Meet and interact with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner.
• Building Maintenance / Health & Safety – Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are adhered to
• Marketing & Asset Performance – Understand and oversee the void unit process, ensuring minimum turnaround timeframes. In the absence of the General Manager, to ensure budget responsibility is monitored.
• Team – Train and support all team members and conduct performance management reviews

Person Specification

• Experience of managing teams within Residential, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation (PBSA) or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance
• Passionate in Customer Service, Resident Engagement and Resident Experience
• High level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
