A Welcome Break Assistant General Manager would ideally:

• Take the helm and guide the hotel’s day-to-day operations with expertise
• Lead the Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Maintenance team like a mentor, nurturing their growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
• Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
