The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience providing oversight and training to a professional human resources staff, incorporating modern best practices. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to lead others in an everchanging environment while delivering top-quality services, guidance, and support to all Illinois executive agencies and customers. This individual will possess strong analytical abilities, have strong technological capabilities, and exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills. Communication, transparency, attention to detail, critical thinking and the ability to multi-task are all key elements to working within this team.
