Assistant Manager – 2AA Rosette Gastro Pub Restaurant – £40k+ package, Live in, Chipping Norton, OxfordshireWhat you receive

• 3 days off 4 days on
• 48 hours per week
• 28 days holiday
• 50% staff discount of food any day and can bring family member up to 4 people
• Approx £10,000 per year Tronc
• Meals on duty provided for free

• Live in –10 min drive away, our sister pub, very good standards (Double room, furnished)

What we expect

• Assist in managing daily operations of restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing stock and inventory levels, ensuring optimal supply for operations.
• Support financial management by monitoring budgets and controlling expenses.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff.
