Atrium Healthcare is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Assistant Manager to assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a children’s home. This is your chance to make a real impact, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining financial stability, and championing the highest standards of care.Key Responsibilities:·Lead and inspire your team by managing, monitoring, and supervising staff with professionalism and passion.
·Uphold and promote top-tier standards in alignment with our policies and procedures.
·Ensure the home runs seamlessly by strategically deploying staff.
·Contribute to the onboarding and development of new team members.
·Address any concerns by reporting malpractice or suspicions to the appropriate authorities.What We’re Looking For:·A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
·A full UK Driving License.Your Experience:·Proven experience in child protection and staff supervision.
·A minimum of 1 year in a senior role working with children and young people (essential).
