Assistant Pastor

At the freedomcentre we are a family of different cultures coming together to serve and honour Jesus. We are excited for this next step in our history and we are keen to find the right assistant pastor who is full of energy, creativity and is hard working and is God’s choice for our next chapter.

We are looking for a person who will work with our current pastoral team and come under the leadership of our Senior Pastors/Founders.

The attributes we are looking for is someone who has a hunger for the things of God and a passion for people inside and outside of the church. They will be spirit filled and have a servant heart.

They will be keen to grow personally and also run with the vision of the church and help to make it grow even further. They will be able to communicate Gods Word to all ages through preaching and teaching in a creative way.

If you long to see lives transformed, the Holy Spirit move in power, and God’s Kingdom advance in the church and our city, then this may be the position for you. You will have a heart for the next generation and be able to have the strength and creativity to be able to engage and relate to them.

We are a church founded on Isaiah 61, and we have seen many lives set free and deepened in their relationship with Jesus.

We need a person who walks in faith and boldness, is faithful to Gods Word and longs to see the Holy Spirit at work in the local church situation.

The applicant must already be based in the UK. The role will be full time although part time will be considered.

Salary will be according to experience.
