As well as supporting other key projects such as Void Processes, Pre-Void Processes and Repair Process changes you will play a key role in arranging and leading project meetings.You will be expected to visit properties when required to assess and monitor project progress and liaise with the client providing regular updates. As mentioned, this is an initial fixed term contract until August 2025 with the possibility of extension or going permanent.This role is based on site 5 days a week in London.At Places for People, we are committed to safe workplace. As such, a basic DBS check is mandatory.More about youThe ideal candidate will have damp and mould experience and have a proven track leading projects end to end.Experience & Skills

  • Damp and Mould experience,
  • A proven track record of running projects end to end,
  • Good communications skills,
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
