- This role has a focus on undergraduate (MPharm) pharmacy teaching but will also include postgraduate pharmacy teaching (MSc/PG Diploma Foundation Pharmacy Practice) and/or non-medical prescribing.
- You will develop and deliver teaching and assessment to undergraduate (MPharm) and postgraduate pharmacy students (MSc/PG Diploma Foundation Pharmacy Practice), using Team-Based Learning (TBL).
- You will act as a personal academic tutor to undergraduate pharmacy students
- You will have the opportunity to participate in research activities in the School.
Qualifications/ experience:
- MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- Registration with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council
- Postgraduate qualification e.g Postgraduate Diploma, non-medical prescribing OR significant professional experience as a pharmacist working in a variety of clinical settings
- Member of Advanced HE or commitment to achieving appropriate level of membership
- A level of English equivalent to level C1 on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
- Independent Prescribing qualification is an advantage
