Working directly with the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track and within budget. You’ll handle everything from kickoff meetings to project closeouts, overseeing crucial elements like documentation, workflow management, and financial oversight. Here’s a look at your core responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project execution plans and reviewing documentation
- Manage change orders, materials, and subcontractors to keep the project on target
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity
- Support budget setup and cost control alongside the Project Manager
- Lead project closeouts, including punch-list management and final billing
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through active contributions

- 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the electrical field, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management software
- Familiarity with electrical products and equipment is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude
- Proficient in technology use
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
