Assistant Property Manager | Full Time – Direct Hire | Covington, KYWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our property management operations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in property leasing activities, including showing units to prospective residents, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
• Handling resident inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintaining accurate records of leases, contracts, and tenant interactions.
• Supporting the Property Manager with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and correspondence.
• Assisting with rent collection and financial reporting, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
