You will function as an Engagement Manager for Insurance Analytics Service Line and liaise with Claim, Underwriting and Finance service lines for solutions design, client discussions, and solution delivery.Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through analytics pursuits and solution management skills.You will be expected to be focused on Insurance industry’s realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.ResponsibilitiesManage client engagements in advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data management within the insurance vertical. Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more assigned analytics engagement and solutionsWork with the sales team to develop strategies, collateral, and support other per-sales activities to develop innovative solutions, and deliver / deploy advanced analytics, AI/ML and data management solutions that meet the business needs of insurance clientsWork as a SME with assigned sales and client management teams to create the ideal winning proposal and execute on all presentations, submissions, and internal approval processesDesign and develop advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data management solutions to solve business problems in insurance Claim, Underwriting, Finance, and Actuarial functionsWork as a SME and partner with Claim, Underwriting and Finance Service Lines and other Analytics team members to ensure that appropriate business solutions are identified, developed, and delivered as per client business requirementsManage client engagement teams, mentor, and develop junior analytics talent, and participate in developing white papers and other thought leadership related activities for positioning Genpact as an analytics leader in the industryQualifications
Minimum qualifications

  • MBAs/Post Graduation / Graduation in Quantitative Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant years of experience developing and deploying advanced predictive analytics, AI/ML, and data management solutions in the insurance industry
  • Experienced in interpreting complex insurance business problems into quantitative solutions with supporting datasets, advanced statistical modeling, and AI/ML techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to support sales and develop client proposals for advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data management
  • Prior experience serving as a client engagement manager for multiple mediums to large insurance consulting engagements
