Associate ATE Test Engineer – Direct HireA manufacturer of innovative network and cellular communication products is currently seeking an Associate ATE Test Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity in Marshfield, Missouri.Salary of the Associate ATE Test Engineer:
$60-$80K/yrResponsibilities of the Associate ATE Test Engineer:Position involves providing comprehensive support for functional and in-circuit testing.Responsible for meeting overall test and engineering requirements for operations,Offering Design for Manufacturability/Design for Testability guidance to the development team for new product designs,Actively participating in schematic reviews and verifying test requirements for new product designs.Conduct acceptance tests for in-circuit test programs and functional test fixtures using Gage R&R studies,Monitor and report progress on initiatives related to implementing or updating in-circuit test programs and fixtures,Document product and procedures in a well-organized manner for review by leadership and colleagues.Collaboration with design engineering teams on products needing modifications due to non-compliant test results and sharing ideas for process improvement are also key responsibilities.Adhering to data classification standards and company policies is crucial, and the role requires continuously identifying processes that enhance efficiency while upholding compliance and confidentiality.Requirements of the Associate ATE Test Engineer:Minimum A.S.
